COVID Precautions For On-Site Technician Visits
The health and safety of our employees and customers has always been and continues to be our first priority. We also know our products and services support many essential business operations in providing food, medical supplies and essential goods to ensure the heath and safety of our communities. We are continuing to provide safe and exceptional service to you in these unprecedented times.
To ensure everyone’s safety, we’ve expanded our protocols for service technicians when visiting customer facilities.
- Before any work is to be done at your site, our service technicians are required to self-assess their health daily including documenting and reporting any fevers.
- Additionally, all service technicians have been provided masks and gloves and will be wearing them when possible.
- They are observing all local guidelines as well as sanitizing the equipment surfaces before and after performing service work.
These preventative measures help to create a safer work environment for you and our service technicians while onsite at your facility. We are monitoring the guidelines from the CDC, WHO and local health organizations in this ongoing situation and will do everything we can to ensure a safe working environment.
