Error codes can be frustrating, we get it. While it's tempting to try to fix the error yourself, it puts the machine at risk of damage and in some cases can put untrained people in harms way.

1001

Machine active

The unit drive system is active and a positioning process takes place.

1002

Done

The function has been completed successfully.

1003

Declined

The function has not been executed.

1004

Data correction           

During plausibility test, the input data has been corrected by the software.

1005

Searching reference

The system is referenced, i.e., it returns to its reference position.

1008

Fetch tray

Process ' Retrieve tray from storage location' is active.

1009

Restore tray

Process 'Transport tray to storage location' is active.

1010

Enter number

An entry is required.

1011

Abort process

The process, e.g., storage compression, has been aborted by the operator.

1012

Process closed

The process, e.g., storage compression, has been ended by the operator.

1016

Activation succeeded

This message appears after successful unlocking of the option package.

Tray in machine

This message is displayed when deleting a tray located in the unit.

Process Aborted

The process, e.g., storage compression, has been aborted by the operator.

Tray transfer

This status is displayed in the Semi-automatic mode during the tray transfer.

Tray extraction is occupied

This status is displayed if a tray is requested and another tray is already located on the full tray extraction.

Wrong Level

This is displayed if the tray does not fit into the level selected.

The permissible load was exceeded; so reduce the load. See the rating plate.

The shelf position was corrected.

This status is displayed in case of storage compression if the software is identifying the next free storage location.

Calculation is running

This status is displayed in case of storage compression if the software is identifying the next free storage location.

Relocating tray

Displayed during storage compression.

7001

New material created

Pen & Paper - A new list entry for the entered material has been inserted.

7002

Modify Material

Pen & Paper - The selected list entry is ready for editing.

7003 Material changed Pen & Paper - The list entry for this material was successfully edited.
7004 No material found Pen & Paper - No material was found for the entry.
7005 Material deleted Pen & Paper - The list entry has been successfully deleted.
7006 No shelf base entered Pen & Paper - No shelf has been entered when creating a new list entry.
7007 Material temporarily locked! Pen & Paper - The selected list entry is currently being changed in another access opening and is thus locked for all other openings.
7008        Material list full! Pen & Paper - When creating a new list entry, it has been determined that the maximum number of 2500 entries has been reached.
7009 Illegal character in material field! Pen & Paper - When creating or changing an entry, inadmissible characters have been entered into the material field. e.g. ?, * or "
7010 Material name too long! Pen & Paper - During filtering, creating or changing, a text with more than 20 characters has been entered in the material field.
8007 Local service mode Service work is being carried out at another access opening.
8008 Remote service mode Machine access via modem.
8018 Advanced tip mode This message is displayed in service mode if the lift should be in the in the inching mode and the extractor fingers are not at an end position.
8019 Wrong input Incorrect entry, please correct.
8033 Error signal extractor B8 Contact a service technician!
8036 Referencing sledge The sledge drive is positioned at the reference switch
9001 Function is not available The function selected is either disabled (user management) or a license must be obtained.
9003 Close the door The optimum door is closed.
